  • Sugar:

You can try and sugar of your choice—coconut sugar, organic pure cane sugar, etc. Just make sure that you don’t use ingredients like honey or gelatin as they are derived from animals.

  • Flour:

There are also not a lot of restrictions when it comes to flour. If you have any specific flour preferences like gluten-free, all-purpose flour, etc., you can very much use them in the baking of your vegan peanut butter cookies.

  • Water/ Almond Milk:

Both Almond milk and water go well with the baking, so you can use anyone you want.

  •  Baking Soda:

Baking soda is great but baking powder is a preferable substitute as well.

  • Salt:

Use salt according to your taste. But there is one thing you need to keep in mind—if your peanut butter is already salted, then make sure you avoid using extra salt in your cookies.
